Recipes/Potato Salad
Ingredients:
5 lbs yellow-flesh potatos
10 eggs
2.5 cups mayonnaise
4 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon celery seeds
2 tsp mustard powder
8 green onions
4 stalks celery
large handful of chives (maybe 1.5 inch diameter bundle)
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
cut potatoes into chunks, and boil in salted water until fork tender - cut into bite-sized chunks
hard-boil the eggs (put in cold water, bring to a boil, turn off heat and let sit for 15 minutes), then peel and put into small chunks
slice green onions finely
slice celery
stir all ingredients together until well combined, then chill for at least an hour to let the flavours blend.
